It was another amazing week here! We are having tons of fun and tons of success as always. Here are some pictures to start! Of My companion and I in some soccer jerseys and the sunset by our apartment and the assistants and my comp and one of the secretaries and me!
The work here is going great! We are teaching tons and finding amazing families here! The gospel LOVES families! I have been applying the scripture Alma 26:27 a lot here in the days that are hard and we are seeing success given to us by the Lord. I love it!
Overall things are great and we are doing well! Elder Christensen and I are going to play some bball today! Should be fun! And we have Star Wars chats daily, he has lots of Star Wars music on his Ipod and we have both become Star Wars nerds in the work. He goes home just before the 7th Star Wars movie comes out so he is pretty excited about that.
We are teaching a family of Gypsys here!!!!!! They are suppppeeeerrrr awesome and wear their gypsy clothing all the time and they LOVE the message we are teaching them! Their names are Renzo and Marisol and they are awesome, really young and they have a young son named Jefferson who is like 3. We are also teaching a man named Miguel Angel who seems to not have showered in 3 years, pretty nasty. He needs some serious life changes and we are trying to help him understand that coming to church will help him but he seems reluctant to do so.
The ward here just got a new bishopric which I am pretty excited about, but we seem to be stuck without a ward mission leader now..... so that is interesting. The members here have a tough time with the mission work. Actually they even forget to give us food............. so we have gone a little hungry this week, but you can also say that our neighborhood pizza man loves us now.
